Now having taken the Alpha Lipid colostrum, Cellworx and Colostem (together with Ezorb which I am using up) I am now back to where I was around 3-4 years ago when my joints were reasonably good and did not cause me too much trouble.

I did not say when I wrote to you last that my knees were very bad, especially the right one, due to too much sport when younger. The problem has now 95% gone and I no longer have trouble walking up and down stairs (at home we have stairs).

This is good news for me. Some stiffness is still in my right middle finger knuckle and a little soreness in left heel due to rubbing of shoe on that particular spot. But I can put up with that. I also have much more energy and have been doing some gardening which I have not done for years.

Next month we are going overseas - firstly to Switzerland and then on a Mediterranean Cruise for 11 nights. We will be doing quite a lot of walking so that will be an interesting time and one which will really show how my joints have improved.

I always find my feet and ankles swell whilst in planes - always have - and that is uncomfortable. Special stockings do not help. Will have to try and stand down one end of the plane frequently to relieve pressure.

I am 72 years of age so improvements are especially important to me and if that means taking the colostrum products for the rest of my life, then so be it.
